The Elder Guidance Team is a faithful group of individuals used by God to guide, guard, serve and support the Eagle Point family. As servant leaders they provide prayer cover for the body, as well as, address issues related to vision, resources, strategy and leadership. The EGT take seriously their mission of shouldering burdens, sharing blessings, seeking wisdom, preserving unity and nurturing spiritual maturity. Sound doctrine and Holy Spirit power are priorities.
These presently serving on the Elder Guidance Team are: Bob Burchfield, Rachael Elder, Randy Elder, Tommy Lewis, Wes Norris, Jerry Pinkerton and Jerry Riddle.
